Baby Care Center (next to the Crystal Palace)
Air-conditioned, calm, and built for little kids: nursing rooms, changing tables, toddler toilets, and a quiet place to regroup.
Sleepy Hollow covered patio
Canopied tables with a castle view, steps from snacks — one of the few genuinely shady sit-down spots near the hub.
The Hall of Presidents
A 25-minute seated show in serious air conditioning with almost never a real wait — veterans use it as a legal nap.
The Rescue button knows all 11 of them — plus every restroom in the park.
Can we bring food in?
Yes — Disney World lets you bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks into the park, including soft-sided coolers.
Snacks and water: always — a family can easily burn $50+ on one quick-service lunch. Full packed meals: only if you have big appetites, picky eaters, or dietary needs; otherwise carrying a cooler through Florida heat costs more comfort than it saves money.
🚪 Hit a wall?
