The short version

You sign in with Google so your trip plan, history, and settings follow you across your devices. We store that on a database run by Supabase on our behalf, and use Google only to sign you in.

We do not run ads, we do not sell or share your data, and we do not use third-party tracking. You can download your data or delete your account at any time.

What we collect

From Google when you sign in: your name, email address, and a Google account identifier. We never receive or store your Google password.

What you create in the app: your trip plans, your day-of history, your food/ride ratings, and your preferences (theme, language).

Anonymized usage metrics: when you build a plan we record its non-identifying shape (e.g. which park, party size, budget, number of days), with no account identifier and no exact dates. This is not linked to you and helps us understand overall usage.

Used on your device only (not collected by us): your location for the in-park rescue feature, and a local cache of recent wait times.

How we use it

To sign you in, to save your trips/history/ratings/settings and sync them across your devices, to make the in-park plan adapt to your day, and to respond to feedback you send.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the service: Supabase (database/sign-in), Google (sign-in), and Queue-Times.com (live wait data — we send them no personal data). We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Internal access

Authorized PlanWand staff can access your account data (your profile, trips, history, ratings, and settings) when needed to operate the service, fix a problem, or respond to a request from you. Access is limited to those who need it and is logged.

Your choices

Download a copy of your data or delete your account from the Account page in the app, or email zchance32@gmail.com. Deleting your account erases your trips, history, ratings, and preferences from our database. Anonymized usage metrics that are not linked to your identity may be retained for aggregate reporting.

Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA) you may have additional rights — contact us to exercise them.

Security & contact

Sign-in uses Google (no passwords stored by us); sessions use secure cookies; data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
